Zenitmap terms of service

1. Provider

Zenitmap (https://zenitmap.com) is run by [IMIĘ I NAZWISKO], [NAZWA FIRMY], [ADRES], VAT ID (NIP) [NIP], e-mail: [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY] (the "Provider").

2. What the service is

The service shows data from open, official sources on a map and on its pages, including webcams, seismic events, aurora forecasts and the position of the International Space Station. The basic service is free and requires no registration.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.

4. Conclusion and termination

The agreement for the free service is concluded when you start using the service and ends when you leave it. The rules of paid plans (Plus, Pro, Business) will be set out in a separate part of these terms before they launch.

5. Nature of the data

Data comes from third parties and is published as provided. It may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Forecasts and estimates (such as the chance of seeing the aurora) are for information only. Do not use the service for navigation, life-safety or security decisions.

6. Webcams

We only publish webcams from official sources whose terms allow reuse, and webcams shared with the owner's consent. We name the source next to every camera. A camera owner may request removal at any time (see "Request a camera removal").

7. Affiliate links and ads

The service contains ads and affiliate links (for example to book accommodation), marked as "Ad". The Provider may receive a commission for bookings made through such links. This does not change the price you pay.

8. Prohibited use

You may not submit unlawful content, bulk-download data from the service, or use it to track or profile people.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY]. We reply within 14 days.

10. Final provisions

The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, announcing it in the service at least 7 days in advance. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
