1. Controller

2. What data and why

• Technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Correspondence (e-mail and message) when you write to us, for example about a camera removal. Legal basis: legitimate interest (answering your message).
• Browser storage: we store technical cache data on your device (for example ISS orbital data for 2 hours) to make the site faster. It contains no personal data.

We currently use no analytics tools and no cookie-based advertising. If we enable them, we will ask for consent in a cookie banner first and update this policy.

3. External content

Some webcams load directly from their owners' servers or through the YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); your browser then connects to those servers. Live data (such as earthquakes and aurora) is fetched by your browser directly from USGS, NOAA and CelesTrak servers.

4. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Recipients may include IT service providers (Cloudflare hosting), which may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

Technical data is kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed to secure the service. Correspondence is kept until the matter is closed and then for the limitation period of any claims.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or your local authority.
